Tommy’s Toes!

Awoke this morning full of vim and vigor…well, full of something anyway. So I decided to round up a few of my mini-me’s and head off to the Desert Botanical Gardens for a photo-excursion morning. Anything that wasn’t killed off by the summer appears to have been finished by the “cold” we are currently experiencing, except for one small corner of the gardens where there were blooms aplenty. In an effort to keep these posts to an A.D.D. approved length I will just post a few photographs at a time, starting with these three…

Exposure: 1/160 sec;   f/2.8;   ISO 100;  70mm; Pentax K5 with Sigma 70mm f2.8 DG Macro

Exposure: 1/320 sec;   f/5.6;   ISO 100;  70mm; Pentax K5 with Sigma 70mm f2.8 DG Macro

Exposure: 1/30 sec;   f/5;   ISO 100;  70mm; Pentax K5 with Sigma 70mm f2.8 DG Macro

These tomatoes had all kinds of wonderful colors, and I also wasn’t sure whether to categorize these under “Flora” or “Food” so I did both. Until next time, good light and happy shooting!
