Project 1825, Days 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27

Well it seems like forever since I’ve posted anything here. I was a bit down and out last week, but still managed to take my daily photos, although I didn’t get around to processing them until today. The week’s mini-project was:

I don’t know what this is, but I do know that metal things at sunset make for good hdr images. This is just around the corner from my house.

No, the circus isn’t in town. Maricopa has an annual event called Stagecoach days, where vendors have booths and there’s all kinds of fairground type things like food and rides. Great fun.

Another shot of the Stagecoach Days carnival from across the lake.

I’m glad these people aren’t my neighbors. I bet they get to keep all their candy, since no trick-or-treater in their right mind is going to want to go anywhere near this place.

How cool is this car? Who wouldn’t want to tool around town in an old pink chevy?

This is the carousel at the Phoenix Zoo, which finds itself full of riders all the time in spite of its steeds’ fearsome appearance. There’s no riders in this photo because the zoo wasn’t open yet.

That’s it for this week. Next up; NEXT WEEK!

  1. Great collection of pictures.
If that house is “decorated” for Halloween I feel for the little kids in the neighborhood.

  2. I love putting stuff in HDR. Great shots. Is that really Halloween decor in front of someone’s house? What is wrong with people…???
